The Night Before Christmas Book and CD

Last week I bought Imogen the book and CD The Night Before Christmasso we can read about the journey of St Nicholas on Christmas Eve in the weeks up to Christmas. It’s a magical story and this book has the most beautiful illustrations.

I thoroughly recommend this book if you’re looking for a lovely story to read to your children in the weeks up to Christmas that tells the tale of St Nicholas delivering presents. The Night Before Christmascomes with a three song CD that tells the story word by word to different music. And yes, we have been dancing to this each day!

    We bought exactly the same book!

    I’ve always loved this poem – I did a piece of my GCSE artwork based on it, and I’ve spent the last 25 years reading it to children. It’s a very important part of Christmas to me and always brings a lump to my throat 🙂
