Organic Babies Mum and Baby Rescue Balm

| March 27, 2012

Green People kindly sent a sample of Organic Babies Mum and Baby Rescue Balm for my baby and I to try. We’ve been using this balm for 2 weeks now with excellent results.

In cold weather I develop eczema on my hands which leads to very dry and itchy, red skin. I’ve been massaging Mum and Baby Rescue Balm on my hands every evening before bed and found in 3 days my skin was feeling less dry and itchy and my hands looked smoother. My eczema has now cleared up on my hands and I have soft skin again which I’m very happy about!

My baby’s knees have been rough and red since she started crawling. I’ve found rubbing a little Mum and Baby Rescue Balm on her knees after her bath has soothed her skin and softened the rough patches. She also suffers from eczema occasionally in the folds of her skin so I’ve been using this balm sparingly around her chin, on her elbows and in the creases of her legs. It’s kept her skin well moisturised and has helped to prevent dry skin which can lead to eczema.

As the weather’s getting warmer I’ve started using Organic Babies Mum and Baby Rescue Balm on my elbows and heels to moisturise my skin which has become dry over the winter. I’ve discovered it’s also lovely used as a lip balm!

Instead of carrying several items in your baby changing bag you only need to take Organic Babies Mum and Baby Rescue Balm for both you and your baby!

Mum & Baby Rescue Balm is great if you’re pregnant as it can be used for perineum massage prior to giving birth to help prevent tearing. And for nursing mothers it’s safe to use on sore nipples before, during and after breastfeeding.

This amazing balm contains 95.9% certified organic ingredients and is made from the key ingredients of Hemp, Shea Butter and Calendula to moisturise and soften skin.

What I love most about this balm is that it’s gentle enough for both myself and my baby to use and is free from Parabens, Lanolin, phthalates, artificial perfumes, petrochemicals and colourants.

There’s a great range of Green People Organic Babies and Children Products for all your baby needs including bath products, nappy cream, sunscreen, toothpaste, shampoo, massage oil, moisturiser and lotions.

Organic Babies Mum and Baby Rescue Balm 100ml is available from Green People RRP £9.70.

The Best Organic Skin Care

| March 4, 2012

With my new baby cradled in my arms and pressed closely against my bosom, the last thing I wanted to do was to transfer chemical-laden creams, potions and lotions onto her delicate skin.

I decided I had to go completely chemical-free and discover the joys of natural and organic skin care. I feel ethereal for making a choice that benefits myself, my baby and the environment. Green People products are not tested on animals. These really are the best organic skin care products.

Green People make everything you could wish for, at a fraction of the cost of many other skincare brands. I highly recommend these natural skin care products which I use as part of my daily beauty regime.
