The Photo Gallery: Adventure
This week’s theme for The Photo Gallery on the blog Sticky Fingers is Adventure.
There’s so much you can get up to in New Zealand and as much as I’d love to be more adventurous whilst I’m here you won’t catch me bungy jumping any time soon.
It’s amazing to see Imogen blossom as a toddler since we’ve been in New Zealand. She’s running faster than ever, climbing higher in playgrounds, throwing even larger stones in the water, jumping over waves in the sea, intrepidly exploring rivers and walking through the forests of Middle-earth.
One of our biggest adventures so far has been at the Kaitoke Regional Park where we paddled close to several large eels, crossed a swing bridge over the river, took a refreshing dip and walked through the New Zealand bush.

Oh we just don’t have amazing stuff like that over here 🙁 I must say though, it is a refreshing change to see a hot day in water on a blog, given that all of ours in the UK are featuring snow at the moment!
